I think asciinema is often used in documentation (rather than slide decks etc) because the output can be copied and pasted. And read by some screenreaders, as it effectively is a terminal output emulation.

Good point. I completely missed that. The fact that the text is animated, and whizzing by, makes me internally think it’s not copyable
